I am not sure if this is the right place to post this. Oh well. I am starting a webcomic, and one of the scenes I have planned is going to be partially underwater. How do I do a good under water effect? I have looked several places but I could not find a tutorial on such. Plenty of creating it for a background, but not for what I need. Help me out? |

You can use an overlaying layer with low transparency (in like a blue color) and apply something in the "distort" filters to the underlying image to give it a wavy look. Thats a quick simple way... or.......go with something a little trickier http://www.heathrowe.com/tuts/underwater.asp |
