CS won't load! What do I do?

When I open CS, it runs through the loading screen, and it loads presets, plug-ins, etc.
But then it stops near the end and doesn't bring me to the program. I can't click anywhere within the program. It just sort of freezes.
The last thing it says when the program loads is: Reading Text Global Resources...done
Can anyone offer advice? I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the program, to no avail. This just started happening; before I could load/use the program just fine.
