Lighting Effects Missing

I have Photoshop CS and have recently noticed that I have some Filters missing that I didn't before. Like the "Lighting effects" filter. Someone have suggestions about how to get these back?

oooo, I know.. First I would physically go into the PS folder and look in the "Filters" folder... are the missing plugins actually there?

Yes?..... Trash your prefs file
No?.... WHAT THE HECK HAVE YOU DONE!... just kidding if they are missing in action go browse your PS CD and replace them.
