polaroid effect

I used the search button but i only found like 5 things with the name polaroid in it anyways i know how to make the polaroid border thing or w/e now i was wondering how to do that polaroid sun damaged effect like you see in old polaroid photos....there used to be a tutorial on good-tutorials.com on how to do it but its not there anymore an i was wanting to do this.

but maybe wit a little bit more sun damage or w/e an some cracks in the photo.

Well, you say you want an image like that one you showed..so why not look at the tutorial that uses that image?

I did lol thats how ifound that image but it doesnt say how to get the sun damage spots or w/e t hey are or i would have followed that tut.
