Any advice on how to accomplish this??

Hi All,
I am curious to know what programs and techniques she is using to create these great portraits. I assume Photoshop but I am not sure if there are any additional programs. Does she use a Wacom Tablet. l have been drawing for the last 25 years especially fantasy art but am somewhat new to the CG arena. Any comments or advice would be greatly appreciate.

This is done with a tablet or by hand then scan. It's easy then to manipulate the colors with photoshop of a vectorial software like Illustrator.

I doubt if that's a vector piece. Looks like photoshop..most likely with a tablet.

Possibly painter...but looks more like pshop
