Alright my text is now double spaced, and i cant get it back to single. can anyone tell me a hotkey for this or the place i should go? ive asked some pretty good photoshop users and they havent been able to help me.

Set the leading in the Text Options to Auto.

Sounds like it's time for you to rethink your definition of what "pretty good photoshop users" means. This is quite a common stumper for many new-ish users.

LOL. I was thinking the same thing but thought it best to keep my mouth shut...which is unusual for me. ;)
