I have legal copy of cs- operated fine for 8 mons -now only tool that selects on Tools is the eraser. The selection shows on the menu bar - but when placed on image does not work. The history pallette shows it is the eraser. OS Windows XP

Have run Norton utilities, disc opti., spybot, uninstalled/reinstalled - no avail

any suggestions

Contact Adobe help. If it's legal, they should be able to assist you.

Deleting your preferences should fix the problem.
