hello! Can anyone tell how can I get such effect : http://img151.exs.cx/img151/5851/duck6sd.jpg I suppose it was made from original picture of Donald Duck ;) Maybe there are some plugins or filters or tutorials? |

Um...that looks like vector art. Except it's printed on wrinkly fabric and scanned in with horrible resolution and quality. No plugins, basically learn the pen tool. |
