Newguy no more thumbnails

I just had photoshop loaded on my work computer and have since discovered that thumbnail views of pics have gone by the wayside. Selecting thumbnails from the menu bar is not the answer. Anyone have a fix?

Welcome to Team Photoshop! Thumbnails in windows? there is no more thumbnail support with PSCS... the developpement team had a lot of issues with psicon.dll If you feel brave, you can get it from a photoshop 7 install...

I have a patch somewhere (not official) that brings the thumbnails back again. I will see if I can track it down, but I bet some kind sould here will beat me to it. Presume you are using a PC.

Thanks to both of you for your comments. I do have a PC. I did want the latest and the greatest if was going to buy the program, so I went for the CS. But I do like the thumbnail view. I would rather try the patch first and see if that works. So if you or anyone else out there can come up with it for me, I would really appreciate it.

Since there is a file browser, I almost never use the windows one...
