I don't suppose anyone knows an easy way to figure out my angles in PS? I mean like, what degree are they at?

Thanks,
Matt

Sure enough...just use the Measure Tool. It's grouped with the Eyedropper Tool (I) in Photoshop 6, and with the Hand Tool (H) in earlier versions.

In just click on a point and drag out a line the follows the angle you want to measure. By keeping your eye on the Options Bar in version 6 (or the Info Palette in earlier versions) you'll see a readout of the slope you're measuring.

To measure an actual angle, draw out one line with the Measure Tool, then Option/ALT-click on either one of the end points of the line and drag out the second leg of the angle. Again, watch the Options Bar or the Info Palette for a read out.
