censor???

Hi guys

im totally noob to photoshop so i hope u can help me :rolleyes:

I have alot of pictures who i have to hide the face from because my girlfriend would like to be anonymous ;)

What i am seeking after is not just a brown or black spot in her face but something like this -> http://www.lokaltidningen.net/censur/fraga_lisbeth_form.asp

Filter>Pixelate>Mosaic (adjust to suit)
