Need Banner Help

I was wondering if anyone can help me with making a website effect like the one on this site: http://www.tutorialoutpost.com/count/729 I have alot of photoshop expirience, but I cannot find out how to make that. if anyone can help please contact me with the contacts below.

Please read the RULES before you post... if you would have you would know that you should double post the same thing in 2 different sections. I deleted your other thread.

As for the technique... its really rather simple, its a tut. fallow it step by step and you will get something close to the desired effect. Make sure you are using the same version as the one they are using in the tut. if you cant seem to find a filter or something.

Also... lens flairs are stupid! ;)

no, not the tutorial, im talking about the banner image they have, that says Optus something.com with the orange swirl thing. I just made one, http://Drips-Web.cjb.net so i dont think i need help but if someone has tips, it would be appreciated. finally taught myself something
