I am pretty sure this goes here and sorry in advance if it does not belong here. I have looked for maybe an hour straight trying to fin a good tutorital on vectors. I really can't find one. Anyway, my question is I undertand that you have to trace and eveything, but how do you color the what you just made with the pentool. Do you use the eye-dropper or what? I can not figure this out. Much thanks in advance to anyone who answers this question!!!!

The best way to add colors and preserving the paths that you made is by making the path into a vector mask (Layer->Vector Mask->Use Current Path). Then fill the entire layer with the color of your choice, using ALT+BACKSPACE (foreground) or CTRL+BACKSPACE (background color).
