You may find some kind soul to help you, but in truth I would much rather help YOU create the picture.

Okey Sounds like fun but im not good at Photoshop, but could you help me do some cool things then?
I wanted a black backround, that couldent be to hard? and the picture like fading and a cool ice blue pattern around like a nice frame with a nice effect or something, thx for helping me out

To start, i create a new image at the pixeles i want and fill it with black, how do i cut out my girl so i dont get the backround of that picture? And then fade it to the black smooth and nice.

To cut out the girl, you just take the lasso tool and go around the girl, using the shift and control keys to add(shift) and take away(control) from what you want to select.
After that you copy the girl onto the black baground.
For the fade part, just make a new layer by right clicking on your layer window and make new layer and find a pattern that you want to use.
Next get the eraser tool with a soft edge erase and go around the part that you want to erase. That should make the fade that you want.
Next take the text tool and just type what you want and there you go
PM me or post if you have any questions.
