Tutorial on how to make this text effect

I saw this website that had this really cool text effect. I was wondering how do you do this in photoshop. http://www.atlasflooring.com. I am new at Photoshop.

I'm not familiar with any tuts for that sort of thing, but I can get you started with smth similar.

With layer palatte open, add some text with text tool. This will add a new text layer.
Right click on text layer, then select blending options.
Click on outer glow, then play around with some of the options there.
(if glow doesn't work, make sure there is a tick next to outer glow)
You can also add a strock, then change opacity.
Hope this helps.

Hmm...to be honest, I don't like any of the text effects on that site. But anyways...the top graphic "Atlas Flooring" looks to me like a gradient glow. It goes from light(er) yellow to dark yellow.
And the "Services...Gallery...etc." text is just a drop shadow with 100% visibility.
