Borders.

Hello. I am wanting to get into making signatures on forums. I can do alright making the backgrounds and the text (not very good, but getting there) and i was just wondering how everybody makes the boarders. Some are just plain rectangle, some are complex with angles. Maybe somebody could direct me towards a tutorial about this. Thanks for the help.

You can draw them yourself, and then add effects to them. Try drawing them with the polygonal lasso tool.
