Hey whats up everybody, Haven't posted here in a while but thought I ask a quick question...Does anyknow where to point me to the right direction in regards to the type of effect used on the below image? Hey guys, Yeah that is what I meant by - its the same image. If you notice the texture (hopefully I am using the correct verbage) on the first man; if you notice on one the arms, it seems like some sort of texture was used to obviously change the images looks. |

That's no texture. The little dots you see are a result of dithering when the image was compressed as a GIF file. |
