It's 3D *cough8 abstract. You will need a 3D application to recreate it. It has been bought together in Photoshop but it was created outside.

that actually appears to be Bryce abstract. I used to make Bryce abstracts, and mine looked similar. That graphic is poop by the way, I hate the composition, it doesn't fit, specially the guy at the top. |

I don't understand why you guys are saying you need a 3D modelling program to make an image like that. Sure it might be easier to just place a bunch a 3D objects and tweak around with light sources till you see what you like...but there's certainly no reason why that image couldn't be produced in Photoshop alone. The off-colored, ill-fitting little sniper man is obviously just a cut 'n paste from a game screenshot, and the rest could be made a number of ways, some easier, some harder...some cheaper, some more expensive. I'm a big fan of using whatever tools you have at your disposal, currently. IOW, if you don't already have the $2,500+ 3D modelling/rendering program then I see no need to rush out and get one. Do it in PS. Or, if you must, download PoV-Ray, a freeware 3D modeller/raytracer capable of producing better images than 3D modelling software costing an infinite amount more. ;) |

Cmon then outpatient put your money where your mouth is and produce a convincing 3D effect piece that will fool me into thinking it was done in a 3D app.
