You mean a vector mask, don't you? You can click and drag around several anchor points to select them, then move them around. You can also use transform (CTRL+T) to change the overall size/angle of the path... |

Yeah I knew that but if i want to use a an alpha channel to select those anchor points with or make a cirkular selection so i can fetch all anchor points inside that cirkular selection? You see the anchor points inside the red area? I want to grab all the points inside the "a"-area layer (green ). Hope someone understand what the heck im talking about ;) [QUOTE=sPECtre]You mean a vector mask, don't you? You can click and drag around several anchor points to select them, then move them around. Well, if you need your selected points to remain connected to the main object then I don't know of an easy way to do what you're asking. Only way to do it would be to select the points individually or in small groups and just hold down shift and keep selecting points until you got all the ones you want. However if you can get by with having your selected points disconnected from the main object then it's fairly simple. Just duplicate your object/path then use your vector tools to define a shape and then just use boolean functions to subtract the shape from your main object then do the opposite with your duplicate. Here's a complex object with two shape cut out of it: |
