Photoshop 7 Xmen Text??

Are there any tutorials out there that could teach me how to get this kind of text...the "X2" ...everything from the sharp edges.. to the chrome colour and the reflection effect along the chrome.....?? if anyone knows of a tutorial... please let me know! thanks
