Uploading it to where? A web server? You need an FTP program. And a username and password.

come on guys, lets help this guy out instead of making fun...

first you need to sign up so you have webspace, check here for free webspace services. I'm sure most of those services have some kind of online uploading script.

So you do the following:
sign up for webspace
check their FAQ on how to upload stuff, you can probably do it through their website
you check where your image is on the internet, probably something like this:
www.freewebspace.com/yourusername/yourfilename.jpg
then you link to it in your signature on a forum and baboom!
