How to draw this kind of line...?

Hi, i need advice how to make in Photoshop lines like these:



green and red one - with shadow - they were made using layers.
Please help!

You can do it with layer styles and see it move in action. No lighting effects needed.

Just add a bevel and emboss layer style to a new layer then draw the lines. if the lines don't look right, modify the size and depth of the bevel and emboss.
