Anyone know how to make these...

alright i managed to make one. didnt come out spectacular but its a good start. i made a strait line accross the canvas, then made a brush of about 5 lines of diff sizes grouped together. from this i just used the brush to go accross the line in random places and orders to make it a little more realistic. then just did a polar coordinate and it came out somewhat what i was looking for.
