align text to path

i have one question,
lets say i have line path - bit bended and i want a text-baseline to follow that path, can this be done in photoshop ?

also, what if i have two such line paths -bit different - can i somehow -fit- the text among-between those two.

Text on a path is unique to Photoshop CS. So if you have CS you are good to go, sadly your question alone indicates you don't, you could always d/l a demo version if you really need it for a particular project.
