I have this image that my friend made me for my layout. its a banner. he put on it site name here and i want to know how i can remove that and put my name on it without it looking bad, any suggestions?

hey - tech - welcome aboard though it would be best if we can view the banner, as the range of methods required to do the job depends entirely on the complexity ofthe banner. (complexity meaning, are there plenty of colors or textures surrounding the title) heathrowe |

Get the original layered .PSD file from your friend. Hopefully he had the wisdom to save a layered version. If he's emailing it to you, tell him to compress it using (some for of)ZIP or Stuffit, before attaching it to his email. Then, changing the text and resaving will be a snap. |
