Photoshop doesn't open

Hey,
I try to open photoshop, it initializes, but then disappears from the screen and task bar.
It isn't under processes on task manager, or on the alt+tab menu.
Can anyone help?

Hold CTRL+ALT+SHIFT at the initialization screen. Erase the profile. It's damaged.

I'm holding down those buttons, but it's not doing anything at all.
It's still not opening properly.

Thanks for the suggestion, is there anything else I can do, apart from that and reinstalling, because that's not working either.
