How do you do the effect like everything around is blured and there really zoomed in ? Anime Prodigy did it when i looked at his site. This is the example..... What are the steps on getting the blurry effect around the thing that catches your attention |

I can tell from the way you talk you rpobably dont have much photoshop experience..it also poked through when you asked how to upgrade to 6.0 =-P but anyways You have to get learn photoshops controls..im still not too good with photoshop but i image you could do that effect by selecting the area and direction you want the blue to go and then using gaussian blur...if you understand what i mean then you can try it..should work |

the easiest way would be to do a radial blur, with 100, zoom, and best as the options.. snore |
