i just finished reading the thread on pirated software (lets not get started on that again) and it jogged my memory about a completely different topic. What is the difference between 3D Studio Max, and KPT?

Thousands of dollars. :D No, 3DSMax is a 3D program, and one that most would love to use, but can't afford. KPT is a plugin set of filters for Photoshop. |

Well if you are a student, you can get software for MIGHTY cheap. Although you are only supposed to use it as long as you are a student. I picked up 3D Studio Max from Journey Ed (http://www.journeyed.com) for only something like $700. I only wish I would have waited until this winter now, because it'll probably be cheaper then, and I don't have the time to play with it now. |
