Putting an Image Inside An Image

Hi-
I am trying to start a whole new image and I want another image I have in My Pictures to be in my brand new image. The problem is, I do not know how to put that old image in my new one. Can someone please help me??? Thanks

welcome aboard. First open both images in photoshop. then select the move tool.
then you can just click on one picture hold the button and then dragg to the other picture that should get one picture into the other. After that you can fix up the images so they blendin and everything else. If you need more details let me know.
