Any one have an idea how to make the appearance of fragmented glass(or any surface)?

Do mean shattered glass?

If so, just use the "Polygonal Lasso" tool to make offset triangular selections, then kind of pull them apart randomly.

If that's not what you mean, then explain a little bit.
