Can you provide a link to where you found it, or was it not from the web?

And because every thread like this is nearly always after the same thing, let me guess, layer blend modes and layer masks ;)

As to hosting the image if you cant find a free host or don't have a domain, perhaps asking some kind soul on these boards to host it for you.

just put it host in on any free host like geocities or something...

Still NO IDEA what you are talking about...

he wants the background that the guys are behind finished off at the top whre its white,
try the clone tool , or copy n paste a section and position it properly
