Hi all, Over the last day or so Photoshop has been playing up and the Type Tool isn't working correctly. When I type in a font it doesn't show unless the point size is extremely large like 800 points or something and even then it only appears as if it was 48 point or something. For some unknown reason Photoshop has decided to lower the font values somehow, therefore a 12 point font is no longer a 12 point and is probably something in the region of 0.00005 point. I can still use the type tool and fonts but its very frustrating everytime I want a, lets say, 24 point font and I have to mess around with it in the hundred's point region to get the desired size. I've already deleted the Prefs but this doesnt seem to have made any difference. Has anyone got any idea what the problem maybe and what the solution could be (apart from re-installing) ? I'm using Photoshop CS on Mac OS X 10.2.8 if that helps, many thanks in advance ! |

And if Fig's advice does not work, try changing the unit of measurment to pixels.
