I don't believe that Photoshop has icon capabilities. There is some icon plugin for photoshop, but I've used it and find it a waste of time. Try using an icon making program like [securl= Microangelo.]http://www.eclipsit.com/home.asp]Microangelo[/URL].[/securl]

Save the file as a transparent backed gif. Then use Irfanview to save it as an ICO file. you can download irfanview at www.irfanview.com Good luck |

Here's a little known secret, I'll share with ya (cuz I'm nice)... The only group of plugins i have installed is by this fellow http://www.philipp-spoeth.de/ (Photoshop category), and far right towards the bottom theres a plugin called 'Icon & Cursor'. It's free and worth investigating. Theres also a little tutorial there with the download. What this little gem does is add the ico/cursor file format to the Save As list... i have not tested this with my CS version cheers heathrowe |
