How do you Curve Grids

i've seen a bunch of curved grids on different sites but i cant figure out how to make them rounded or circular. Does anyone know how? :confused:

Filter>Distort>Spherize?

What random said...and you can play a li'l with edit/transform/distort aswell, won't get it curved in a circular shape, but you can play with it before you spherize it, perhaps, sort of, maybe, like...Hihi...;)

Or you could try Filter->Distort->Pinch
