How to create this glass effet in photoshop?

Anyone that knows of a tuturial of how to create this glass effect? or can anyone explain it in simple way how to do it or maybe post a psd file or something, that would help alot.

I cant be bothered to trawl the thousands of tutorial sites out there or forums, but there should be loads available to help you get near this effect with some jiggling. I would look up the following and see if there are any tutorials.

Channels & Alpha Maps
Satin (Layer Style)
Lighting Effects Filter
Bevel & Emboss (Layer Style)
Aqua Effect Buttons (tutorials)
Plastic Effect Buttons (tutorials)
