my freand made a sig and i whant to edit it but i canot see the difrent layer eg where he put the text i dont get a layer how do i make it so i can see the layers :confused:

wellfirst ushould tpye so sum1 cud anderstad wutur saiyng :D .....what are you saying? You can't see the layers? If there are no layers in your layer palette, then it probably has no layers. Are you sure it's a .PSD file? |

ok here it goes this is the sig i am trying to see the layers on so i can chainge the writing on it but becouse i did not make it i canot see the layers that he made eg where the text layer is :confused:http://neocron.jafc.de/showthread.php?s=&threadid=86716&highlight=tank it is the first one that sayes mano on it

Well, you can't just take any pic off the net and expect to see layers when you open it in PS. You have to have the original *.psd file wich is created when you save your work in photoshop, in order to get it out there as a sig or whatever you then save that *.psd file "for web" as a *.jpg or *.gif -file...and link to it as done there... So unless you can get the *.psd file from your friend then you have a great deal of work ahead of you, if even possible ;) Patric. |
