What is this "thing" called? |

First off thanks 4 reading. I've always wondered what the actual name to the little "trims" an decals I've seen on images were called. Heres an example: http://store2.yimg.com/I/2for10_1777_2499839 If there are any tuts on how to create such things I'd be greatful! Thx! |

Not sure what they're called, but I know what you're talking about and your best bet is to draw it with paths and then stroke them.

They are just called Typographic Ornaments... Normally you can get them from clipart collections, and there are also a lot of font sets that have them.
