Smoothing lines of an image

I've the following image, which as you can see, has very pixelated edges.



What would be the best way, if any, to smooth these down, so it has a nice anti-aliased look?

Best answer: Redraw it using paths.

Lame, lazy method for producing a really crappy final product: Gaussian Blur it at about 1.2 pixel radius. Open Levels and draw the two outside sliders toward the center slider. Correct the color.

You could try the blur filter, or feathering.
