Make the alien body with the same precision as the eyes. Don't use the airbrush/brush with such a diffuse outline, try using the pen tool to trace the outline of the alien (you most close the path) then turn it into a selection (right-click in the path) and then stroke the selection with the same width as the eye stroke.

Hehe, this is not meant to be mean, but your last question is sort of the question that everyone has, concerning everything one do at some level...

Inspiration, fantasy, ideas should be some of your tools in order to, by yourself, come up with what to do with a image you're about to create. When you get stuck you go here and post questions and ask for advice, but here you want us to "make" it for you and you just perform our directives...No, take a friendly advice and get your idea, think about it develop it until your somewhat satisfied and then start working...You get stuck with a specific thing you wanna do to your pic, then post and get help. You learn more this way, rather then bulding a pic from the directives you get from us...

I would however select the white with the magic wand, inverse the selection, and press delete in order to get the black smudge outta there ;)
