Ehm, I added a few fonts in my window's fonts folder and then opened Photoshop, but the additional fonts were not to be in the list? Is there a max?

IF they are Postscript fonts you can't add them just by adding them to your windows font folder. For postscript fonts you have to introduce them via a font utility like Adobe's "ATM" (adobe type manager) IF they are true type fonts you can add them like you explained but you'll likely have to restart Photoshop for them to be active. Utopian23 posted a very very informative post on fonts a while back....I'll see if I can hunt it up for ya. EDIT: OK what U23 posted was for the mac....but it is informative.... http://www.teamphotoshop.com/forum/vbforum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1234&highlight=manager |
