Numeric option in ps 6.0.1

i have recently heard that this option is in the options bar...do u just go to window\show options becuz i still cant see the option in the bar...:confused:

the options bar is at the top of the screen right under the "File, edit, etc." buttons

try reading the help file in photoshop..

Edit > Transform > Scale ...see option bar
