Can reflect this freakin car!! |

man i look at the tutorial but they dont show how to reflect a car man, i tryed all the reflecting tutorials and i wanted to see if i could do it with a car, but i just cant this is what my reflections keep lookin like |

The reflection itself is nice I think, ok besides the actual reflection, that is, hehehe...I meant the eh...opacity and looks of it, then it lacks the correct ...Ah, shieze, you know what I mean, don't you ? If you tried every tut out there, you prolly did a copylayer of the car and flipped it, hm ? If not, try that...Flip the copy so that it appears to be a mirror of the original one (this isn't something you just do ;) you will need a cupla tries) and then play around with the opacity and blends... That's what I would do... |

Think about a the side of a car. Its reasonably flat right? a good 90 degree angle from the surface. So why does your reflection reflect the car at a 130 degree angle (off to the left)? A reflection will only reflect straight down unless the floor is curved up or the car is on an angle. So to fix this........go to edit>transform>perspective and straighten the reflection. I agree though....the reflection itself is nice. It gives the impression of a good polished floor. Sexy car too....makes me drool |
