Photoshop is apparently unable to recognize the set of colors I'm using for a project.

I've tried to show you the difference in color with this screenshot, but saving the screenshot changed the color too, so if you input the hex code you'll see that the colors you get are different than what was actually in the screenshot. Point is, Photoshop is tinting my images greener than I want. It does it when I use Save As and Save For Web.

well, one reason i can think of already is that you're optimizing your graphic to 2-up in the export for web window. when you compress an image that much it will get rid of allot of info to cut down on the file size but that might just affect how the colors are translated. try saving it without any compression at all and at 100% quality and see if anything changes. also, if you think that's bad, try looking at that graphic on a pc then on a mac. you'll see even a greater difference. like my site on a mac looks like it has a 15% white screen over it and i still can't figure out how to get rid of that.

I used the 2 Up for the screenshot to show you that what Photoshop considers the Original, on the left side is still wrong. But it works without compression. Thanks. Oh, and Macintosh gamma is brighter than PC. Anything viewed on a Mac is going to look brighter.

ok, then why is it that my flash movies look exactly same on a mac as they do on a pc? but the jpegs and the gifs look brighter like you said above.

Save for web strips off the color profile, and is not color managed... you could try to convert to sRGB...
