Question

Hello, Im new in this forum.

I wanted to know how can I get these reels with photoshop, I know that in paint shop pro there is something called "tubes" and you import it from a file. But how can I get this in photoshop?

You'd either have to draw it by hand with the tools in photoshop, or render it in a 3D program and import it as a static image. I'm not familiar with PSP so I don't really know what you are talking about there, but that's pretty much the only way to do something like that in PS.

Illustrator CS has a new 3d engine built in that would probably make something like that pretty easy as well.

As deker says, you'd probably have to draw it in. Use the tools to draw the basic shape, etc. Then you can use filters and light rendering effects to get a 3D effect.
