randomly, today the color white, only in photoshop has decided to change to cream. all color swatches that would be partially white (pure white through all %'s of grey, are all shades of cream).. ive restarted.. reinstalled photoshop, updated drivers, reverted to previous drivers.. im not sure what to do next.. also when i paste a screen capture into photoshop it also gets made this color.. so im assuming i have trouble with RGB someplace but its not effecting any other programs.. anywhere else white is actually white.. also the screen shots when sent to someone else appear compleatly normal.. anyone know what i can do? =(

I had this on the ol' G3 quite awhile back. I'm not entirely sure what I did to correct it, but try adjusting your Colour Settings (Edit > Colour Settings). Set your RGB to "sRGB IE6..." Or go in and delete the preferences on the harddrive.

I think it might have something to do with "Adobe Gamma settings" or something like that. Someone else had the same problem a while ago. Search the forum.
