I have some text verdana anti-alising set to none and I want to align it so that the next line is the same as the top line and so on. The option in the paragraph pallet is not highlighted so I cant select it. The one I am after is the last one 7th from the lefy but it is gray and I can't select it. Why is this and how can I get this option to align my text. Thanks. |

You have to have your type set to "Paragraph text". Either take your text tool (don't use it, just have it selected) and be on your type layer. Then go Layer > Type > Convert to paragraph text. Or you can take your text tool and drag a text box and put your text in there. Then you select the justification. |

Thanks for your reply I tried the first soulution It would not allow me do this it was grayed out. So I tried the second solution and it allowed me to do it but the bottom row of the text is messed up. And if I put in another column of text to match the same length as the other one it is messed up in other ways. I would like to keep it consistent like the first 5 rows and then the last row it should just finish with the three last words tight not filling the length of the column. What am I doing wrong I thought this would be easy to do. |
