How to use an psd to make an website

Dear photoshop users ;-)

I downloaded some psd files to use it to make an website from it.
i redesignd is and it looks nice but....
How can i use it to make it work in html ?

I tried to find any tutorial for it but cant find it..

So youre tips are welcome!!!

step one, while rinning photoshop, hit F1 to open help. step two, read up on the slice tool and the export for web feature. step three,.......well, u'll know what to do when u get to that point.
