I just got Ps7 today, and i can do basic background work. But im unsure about the layers, how do you make the layers build up the work? I can make a layer, but nothing happens, any tutorials for this or help would be really appreciated, thanks for your time.

MANUAL...

You are a bit too inexperienced for tutorials. Learn the program first. Read what everything does. The manual is quite amazing infact. It should take you far...

My freind has lent it to me for a while, hes gone away. He didnt give me a manual.

The manual is on the CD. Go to help and search for layers and read about it.

I use my Photoshop 5 User's Manual to prop up things, can't do that with a mere CD can YOU!? :rolleyes:
