backing up Actions and Patterns

Hello all,

I'm gonna format my hard disk and I would like to back up my Photoshop Actions and Patterns created by myself before doing so. I had been to Photoshop folder and found the Actions and Patterns folders but they don't contain my own created files. What should I do?:confused:

You need to go to the Preset Manager and select the ones you made, and then save them.
