New, and done some TUTS, BUT..

ok, i have done some tuts, and i've only had ps7 for a week, so...

i am trying to learn how to make some cool sigs for people on forums etc, except i cant find where to find any cool back grounds.

i have learnt how to use the gradient but they arent what i want.
and i have also done a bit with the filter option up the top but i cant seem to find many descent backgrounds..or i dunno how to make them.

a few tips, or tuts for this please. thnx

Ok, Ex-man. Here's some hard fact's...first Male's link and other in the resource section is somewhat a must do in order to gain knowledge of how things are done, another thing is the helpfile in photoshop.

What you need to do is, after a week's PS owning, to learn the basics of PS, and then go from there. I do not think you can be a siggie creator for others before you know what you actually are doin. So do helpfile, tut's on stuff you like at the time, practise, practise, practise and practise and before you know it you'll be able to do stuff just emerging from your mind, without any backgrounds to start with, you'll be doin them by your self...
